Shipping policy

 

Delivery

  1. The Prism ships to the countries available at checkout. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country, the purchased product, the carrier and any logistical or customs restrictions.
  2. If a country is not available at checkout, the order cannot be completed automatically for that destination. The customer may contact The Prism at support@theprism.com to verify whether a custom shipment is possible.
  3. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during checkout or to any available pickup point selected by the customer, where applicable.
  4. The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date shipping information. The Prism shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping details provided by the customer.
  5. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated, and are clearly shown during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.
  6. Delivery times indicated on the website or at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, customs procedures and other circumstances not directly controlled by The Prism.
  7. Unless otherwise indicated, The Prism undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum period of 30 days from the order confirmation.
  8. If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment may be sent to a carrier depot or pickup location. In such case, the customer will receive the relevant information from the carrier, including where the shipment is located and how to arrange collection or a new delivery attempt.
  9. If the customer is unable to be present at the delivery address at the agreed time, the customer must follow the carrier’s instructions or contact The Prism to arrange, where possible, a new delivery attempt.
  10. If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to The Prism, including but not limited to absence of the recipient, incorrect address, failure to collect the shipment or refusal of delivery, any storage, redelivery, return or new shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
  11. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, local charges, customs clearance fees or other amounts required by the competent authorities or by the carrier are not included in the product price nor, unless otherwise indicated, in the shipping costs, and shall be borne by the customer.
  12. Any delays due to customs checks, holidays, extraordinary events, strikes, force majeure, carrier issues or other circumstances outside The Prism’s direct control shall not be attributable to The Prism.
  13. If the shipment is returned to The Prism because delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the customer, The Prism may refund the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs, return costs, customs charges and any additional costs incurred, where applicable.
