This portal belongs to a series of works inspired by the transcendence of the illusion of duality. The circular boundary that defines the portal experience is red, symbolizing the sacred and the expression of rituality. The same red draws a multi-layered, undefined line that divides most of the work into two parts. Itis denser at the center and becomes thinner at the edges, yet it never fully occupies the entire perimeter of the experience. This multi-layered line represents our perception of duality—the rational mind's need to divide the field in two. Why is it the same red that outlines the experience? Because what allows us to realize that duality is an illusion is the most sacred ritual we can perform. The portal acts as an alchemical mirror, allowing the observer to become an integral part of the work. Itis bathed in a shade of blue representing the cosmos—the All. Within the portal, three magenta vibrational waves pulsate, evoking the dance of strings (the fundamental particles composing the universe, as discovered in quantum physics through string theory). The magenta color represents the essence of life and its origin— unconditional love. It is the dance of the universe’s energy, from which everything emanates, originates, and is sustained. This energy vibrates, moves, and dances harmoniously and continuously, “ignoring” the red line of dualism, which does not exist in the ultra-dimensional reality. The energy of the cosmos simply disregards our projection of duality, which, in truth, does not exist. Ultimately, those who transcend the barrier of rationality will have performed a true ritual, in which they haveunderstood themselves to be One within the One—light within light— without judgment or division.
